Introducing Admiral Finn Dexter

LIFE UPDATE:I got a KITTY! Well, I got one about three months ago. I know, crazy right? If we’ve had a close relationship within the past few years you’d understand just how random that was. I’ve never really been a cat person. I mean our house was always filled with animals when I was growing up. We had birds, dogs, turtles, snakes, rabbits, rats, fish, etc, even a cat when I was really young. But that didn’t work out to well. The only pet I personally owned was a senegal parrot, Lucca (who unfortunately died about a year ago). After that I just wasn’t ready for the commitment of another animal and I was always pretty vocal about that.

Big beak lucca

But one day I woke up and thought, “I want a black cat.” So a few hours later my sister and I drove to the Animal Shelter in Orange and I adopted an all black three month old polydactyl kitten.
Now allow me to introduce you to the love of my life: Admiral Finn Dexter.
For the first 2 weeks he could only sleep on my chest!

This is what polydactyl looks like

Sometimes he sits like a statue on my shelves

You can really see his 'thumbs' in this picture.

Baby black panther.

Doesn’t your heart just explode from all the cute fuzziness? Mine sure does!

I like pretty clothes and pictures.

    1. I mostly call him Kitty, Finn or Finnigan.
      Hannah calls him Finley.
My roommate calls him Vader (because he had kennel cough when I first got him)
      My neighbors call him thumbs.

He goes by all of the above.
